Our Operation

Twisted Willow Farm is a regenerative farm in North Carolina. We focus on building healthy soil, growing grass without chemicals, carbon sequestering, and most importantly raising delicious livestock.

We have spent several years testing different breeds and different farming methods and have achieved optimal flavor with minimal inputs. Our farm is as close to nature as you can be inside a fence. We raise Dexter, Wagyu and angus cattle, Berkshire, Hereford and Hampshire hogs, Cornish Cross and Bresse chickens and Broad Breasted Turkeys. All of which are rotated on pasture one behind the other to ensure parasites are controlled and soil is fertilized by the animals themselves. This allows for very little outside input. No medications, fertilizer, or other outside stimulation is necessary. All of our supplemental feed is grown regeneratively. Its custom ground on site and 100% Non-Gmo and Corn & Soy free!!!
