Beef

We raise Managment Intensive Grazed (MiG) beef. Our focus is on getting a top quality finish on our beef without using any vaccines, medications or added hormones. We strive to produce beef that is not only healthy and nutrient dense but also has minimal environmental impact. A typical half cow yields approximately 200 pounds of packaged meat.

Pastured Pork

We raise Heritage hogs. Unlike “The Other White Meat” Berkshire pork is visibly different. It has a darker richer color with unmatched flavor and juiciness. Confinement farming has taken the flavor and uniqueness away from pork, tasting pastured Berkshire will open your eyes to how wonderful pork can be. Our pork is supplemented only with Non-GMO, Corn & Soy Free feed!

Pastured Poultry

Our poultry spends their life on pasture, and it shows in the quality and texture of the meat. They are juicy, tender and very flavorful. Described by one customer as “chicken noodle soup on the bone”. They are so much tastier than factory farmed birds, its hard to believe it’s even the same animal. All of our Poultry is supplemented only with Non-GMO, Corn & Soy Free feed!
